1. What GUIDE.ID is

GUIDE.ID is an advertising and directory website. It shows destinations, places, events and local guides, and helps travelers contact guides. GUIDE.ID is not a travel agent or tour operator. It does not provide tours, transport or accommodation, and it is not a party to any agreement between a traveler and a guide.

GUIDE.ID never holds traveler money. Payments for tours are made directly between the traveler and the guide.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse it, try to break its security, copy it in bulk, send spam through its forms, or pretend to be another person.

3. Listings and information

Guides and businesses write their own profiles, packages and prices. We check some of this information (see Trust and Safety) and show badges for the checks we completed. A badge confirms only the document check it names. It is not a guarantee of quality, safety or availability. Please read the details yourself and ask the guide any questions before you book.

4. Quotes, bookings and payments

  • When you send a quote request, your details go to GUIDE.ID and to the guide, so the guide can reply.
  • The tour agreement, the price, the cancellation rules and any refund are between you and the guide.
  • Pay only to a bank account in the verified guide’s own name. GUIDE.ID never asks you to transfer money to us or to a third person.
  • Some experiences and hotels link to other booking websites. Those websites have their own terms, and GUIDE.ID may earn a commission.

5. Reports and removal

If you see wrong, unsafe or fraudulent content, use the “Report this guide” link on the guide or package page, or write to arkheaindonesia@gmail.com. We may hide content or a guide while we look into it, and we may remove it permanently.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, GUIDE.ID is not responsible for what guides, businesses or other websites do or fail to do, or for loss or injury during a tour. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The GUIDE.ID name, design and own content belong to the operator. Guides keep the rights to their own text and photos and give GUIDE.ID permission to show them on the website while the guide is listed.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms and will show the new version on this page. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go to the courts of [city], unless the law gives you another right.

1. Apa itu GUIDE.ID

GUIDE.ID adalah situs periklanan dan direktori. Situs ini menampilkan destinasi, tempat, acara, dan pemandu lokal, serta membantu wisatawan menghubungi pemandu. GUIDE.ID bukan agen perjalanan atau penyelenggara tur. GUIDE.ID tidak menyediakan tur, transportasi, atau akomodasi, dan bukan pihak dalam perjanjian apa pun antara wisatawan dan pemandu.

GUIDE.ID tidak pernah memegang uang wisatawan. Pembayaran tur dilakukan langsung antara wisatawan dan pemandu.

2. Penggunaan situs

Anda boleh memakai situs ini untuk tujuan pribadi yang sah. Anda tidak boleh menyalahgunakannya, mencoba merusak keamanannya, menyalinnya secara massal, mengirim spam lewat formulirnya, atau berpura-pura menjadi orang lain.

3. Daftar dan informasi

Pemandu dan pelaku usaha menulis sendiri profil, paket, dan harga mereka. Kami memeriksa sebagian informasi tersebut (lihat Kepercayaan dan Keamanan) dan menampilkan lencana untuk pemeriksaan yang sudah selesai. Lencana hanya menegaskan pemeriksaan dokumen yang disebutkan. Lencana bukan jaminan mutu, keselamatan, atau ketersediaan. Mohon baca rincian sendiri dan tanyakan hal-hal yang Anda perlukan kepada pemandu sebelum memesan.

4. Permintaan penawaran, pemesanan, dan pembayaran

  • Saat Anda mengirim permintaan penawaran, data Anda diterima GUIDE.ID dan pemandu agar pemandu dapat membalas.
  • Perjanjian tur, harga, aturan pembatalan, dan pengembalian dana adalah antara Anda dan pemandu.
  • Bayarlah hanya ke rekening bank atas nama pemandu yang terverifikasi. GUIDE.ID tidak pernah meminta Anda mentransfer uang kepada kami atau kepada pihak ketiga.
  • Sebagian pengalaman dan hotel mengarah ke situs pemesanan lain. Situs tersebut memiliki ketentuan sendiri, dan GUIDE.ID dapat memperoleh komisi.

5. Laporan dan penghapusan

Jika Anda melihat konten yang salah, tidak aman, atau menipu, gunakan tautan “Laporkan pemandu ini” di halaman pemandu atau paket, atau tulis ke arkheaindonesia@gmail.com. Kami dapat menyembunyikan konten atau pemandu selama kami memeriksa, dan dapat menghapusnya secara permanen.

6. Tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, GUIDE.ID tidak bertanggung jawab atas tindakan atau kelalaian pemandu, pelaku usaha, atau situs lain, maupun atas kerugian atau cedera selama tur. Tidak ada ketentuan di sini yang membatasi hak yang menurut hukum tidak dapat dibatasi.

7. Kekayaan intelektual

Nama, desain, dan konten milik GUIDE.ID adalah milik penyelenggara. Pemandu tetap memegang hak atas teks dan foto mereka dan memberi GUIDE.ID izin untuk menampilkannya di situs selama pemandu terdaftar.

8. Perubahan dan hukum yang berlaku

Kami dapat mengubah ketentuan ini dan akan menampilkan versi terbaru di halaman ini. Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Sengketa diselesaikan di pengadilan di [kota], kecuali hukum memberi Anda hak lain.
